here i post my reasons for wanting to lose weight. i also try posting reasons that other people might be able to relate to. if you have any ideas, drop them in my ask and i'll make a graphic for it. (: and please, if you're losing weight, be HEALTHY! health is the most important thing.
"Let me just tell you a story. I never ever felt good enough with my body. I was always too big, too fat, too disgusting. I developed, not just anorexia, but also bulimia. I was doing awful awful things to my body. Now, I realize that I just need to eat right and work out and I'm working towards what I want to look like. Ladies, don't ever push yourself so hard that you develop an eating disorder. Because believe me, they're a bitch."

You’re absolutely right. Everyone, remember that you are beautiful no matter WHAT you look like. Working to achieve your dream body shouldn’t distort your image of yourself. Eat right and work hard because it’s what you DESERVE, not because you’re punishing yourself.

Thanks for the words, lovely. x

"I'm sorry as inspiring as you think you may be with this blog, and although a portion of them I'm guessing are suggestions, 90% of what you post is purely judgmental and narrow-minded. "Being happy" or "having something to be proud of" are definitely not solely based on your body image. There are so many more things to value in life, and yes a healthy life style is important, but this blog furthers one's desire to have an eating disorder rather than than to be healthy."

I think lots of people find this blog inspiring. This blog is a candid, honest blog with people’s opinions. Almost like a confessions blog. Sometimes you’ll get confessions you don’t like. Sometimes you’ll get confessions you agree with. I’m only posting the thoughts of others, though I’ve made it clear that I personally don’t promote eating disorders.

And I don’t think having a fit body is the only way to be happy or proud of yourself, but it certainly helps. Who doesn’t feel proud of themselves when they achieve their goal body?

Hey doll. I’m so sorry I didn’t answer this until now.

I’ve never had an eating disorder so I can’t say I know exactly what you’re going through but I know what it’s like to look at food as the enemy. I promise you, recovery is the BEST thing you can do for yourself. You will have ups and downs and you’ll want to give up but you are so much stronger than any eating disorder.

Please, do me a favor and get some help. Tell someone you love and trust. You’ll find a way out of this — I promise. Try not to be too hard on yourself and keep a positive mindset. Stay strong dear x
